In 2009, driven by a passion for creating a more interactive learning experience, Jon Nodine left his role as National Learning Director to develop Three, an innovative, ongoing digital learning platform focused on Leadership, Culture, and Team Engagement. Three blends Jon's extensive background in corporate learning with his deep, decade-long study of philosophy, offering a unique approach that integrates philosophical insights into practical leadership and team development strategies.
Jon is the Creator and Producer of WindowThree, bringing over 20 years of experience in Corporate Learning. He has worked with thousands of professionals and consistently ranks as a top-rated advisor in the corporate arena. With executive-level coaching experience, Jon specializes in guiding leaders and teams to achieve sustained success through thoughtful engagement and strategic development.
He holds advanced degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Management from the Kelley School of Business. Throughout his career, Jon has received multiple awards for his achievements in Sales, Leadership, and Program Design. At the age of 28, he published his first book, Window Three: You Always Have a Choice, underscoring his belief in the power of perspective and conscious decision-making.

Each season of Three includes a unique coaching guide that team members use to follow along. All participants receive comprehensive coaching guides for both Season One and Season Two.
Team Activities
Throughout the Three program, you'll engage in team activities, case studies, role-playing, assessments, and more. These dynamic exercises are designed to spark meaningful conversations that foster and strengthen your team’s culture!
Behavior Profiles
Throughout your team's two-season journey, you'll have access to five key behavioral assessments and profiles. These include: the Emotional Understanding Assessment, Everything DiSC Profile, The Pig Exercise 🐖, Moral Foundation Assessment, and 16 Personalities.
Coaching Support
Monthly coaching support is included with all Three Coaching Subscriptions. As part of this service, a Three “Guide” will meet each month with up to five team leads of your choosing to provide personalized support and guidance throughout your journey — creating a scalable, train-the-trainer approach that helps your learning extend naturally across the organization. 🧭
Coaching Videos
The Three Library features over 150 coaching videos, each averaging around seven minutes in length, offering your team approximately 18 hours of interactive content. And that’s just the start—these videos and activities spark discussions that take engagement even further. Welcome to the party! 🎉
Individual Access
Each team member will receive their own secure login for access to the coaching content. As long as they have an internet connection, they can enjoy Three on any device, from any location. The Three platform is flexible, so don’t be afraid to bend it! 🎨

Participation & Support Structure
Live Leadership Groups are 90-minute facilitated working sessions with a Three Coaching Consultant, where leaders learn to apply the concepts of Three directly to real-world cultural challenges.
To ensure meaningful dialogue and real-world integration, each Live Leadership Groups are intentionally limited to five team members.
One-time onboarding fee: $205 per participant (includes platform setup, behavioral assessments, and coaching guides for both Season One and Two).
Additional Live Leadership Groups may be added upon approval at $750 per group per month.
